Terms & privacy

Effective October 22, 2026. Operated by 918 Placement. Contact: chadr.thomas66@gmail.com.

Homeowner requests

Submitting a project requests matching and project updates. You authorize sharing your project and contact information with up to two contractors who accept introductions. Contractors are independent businesses, set their own prices, and contract directly with you. Availability, estimates, workmanship, and hires are not guaranteed. Do not use this service for emergencies.

Contractor accounts

Contractors must accurately describe their business and maintain qualifications, licensing, and coverage required for their work. An account or email confirmation is not an endorsement, background check, insurance verification, or credential verification. Homeowners should independently verify qualifications and agree on scope and payment directly. Certain trades require review before receiving introductions.

Trial and subscription

Eligible new contractor accounts receive an initial 14-day trial with no card required and no automatic charge. Contractor billing is handled through CT Property Services only. No payments or recurring charges are collected on 918 Home Network. Paid access requires verified payment; opening a payment app or submitting a receipt does not confirm payment. Lead volume, response, and hires are not guaranteed.

Lead quality and support

Confirmed email means the recipient accessed a sign-in link; it does not verify identity, property ownership, phone availability, budget, or intent to hire. Report duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid introductions through the account and contact support for review. No automatic refund or credit is promised. Do not redistribute customer details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Referral partners

Partner accounts are free. Refer customers through your link so they can submit their own information. Obtain their permission before submitting for them. Referral status tracking does not grant access to customer contact information.

Matching and shared ownership

Matching considers selected services, towns, account eligibility, and previous offers. Requests are offered to at most two contractors at a time, with a maximum of two accepted introductions. Declined or expired offers may be offered to another eligible business. CT Property Services, 918 Local, and 918 Placement share ownership. CT Property Services may participate under the same matching rules.

Data and communications

We collect account email, submitted contact details, project information, shared photo links, referral attribution, matching events, account activity, and subscription references. We use them to operate accounts, connect requested parties, track status, prevent abuse, and send requested service updates. Service providers include Supabase for application data, Resend for requested emails, and CT Property Services for billing. We do not publish customer contact details on public pages. Photo links can be accessible to anyone holding the link; do not upload sensitive documents.

Business partner invitations use public business contact information, record the contact source, and provide an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops future partner invitations. Closing a project stops future matching for it. You can request correction or deletion of your account data by email; necessary transaction, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained.

Account security

Sign-in links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. Sessions expire after seven days. Keep access links private and sign out on shared devices.

Changes and disputes

Contact support promptly with service, billing, or privacy concerns. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated before applying to an existing subscription. These terms supplement the platform’s existing privacy notice and terms; project-specific permissions here govern this network’s introductions.
