Not allowed
Listings or uses involving illegal activity, stolen goods, hazardous waste, explosives, unpermitted dumping, human occupancy where the space is not legally suitable for occupancy, activity that creates an unreasonable fire or environmental risk, or any use that violates zoning, lease restrictions, HOA rules, insurance requirements, or applicable law are prohibited.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must provide accurate information, disclose material access or property limitations, maintain any permissions required to offer the space, and avoid misleading photos or descriptions. Owners should not publicly post exact access codes, keys, or other sensitive entry information.
Renter and operator responsibilities
Renters and operators must accurately describe the intended use, follow approved access times and property rules, avoid unauthorized alterations or subletting, and not store or operate anything beyond what was approved.
Vending and commercial placement
Operators are responsible for any licenses, permits, product compliance, equipment safety, maintenance, servicing, insurance, and other requirements applicable to their business or equipment.
Review and enforcement
918 Placement Co. may request more information, reject or remove a listing or request, pause an introduction, or restrict a user when reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace or comply with law.
