918 Placement Co. Terms of Use

Who may use the service
You must be legally able to enter an agreement. Property owners represent that they own the property or have authority to offer the space. Renters and operators must use spaces only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the owner's rules and applicable law.
Listings and information
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit. We may review, reject, suspend, edit, or remove listings or requests that appear inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with our rules.
Privacy and addresses
Exact property addresses and private contact details are not intended for public display. They may be shared when reasonably necessary to facilitate an approved introduction, booking, inspection, or transaction.
Fees and payments
Listing a space is free. For paid placements, rentals, pasture, livestock space or other transactions arranged through 918 Placement Co., 918 Placement Co. charges a 20% platform fee from rent or rental charges actually collected, and the property owner receives the remaining 80%. Unless a transaction specifically states otherwise, this fee applies to each rental payment for the duration of a 918-facilitated rental relationship. Payment processing charges, if any, may be handled separately and will be disclosed where applicable. Payment timing, cancellation terms, deposits and owner payouts will be disclosed before a transaction is finalized. Future fee changes apply only to future transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pasture and livestock rentals
Owners offering pasture, paddocks, pens, stalls, barns or other livestock areas are responsible for accurately describing fencing, water, shelter, access, capacity, permitted animals and property conditions. Animal owners remain responsible for determining whether a property is suitable for their animals and for animal health, feed, veterinary care, transportation and compliance with applicable laws unless a separate written agreement assigns a specific responsibility differently. 918 Placement Co. does not provide animal care, veterinary services, livestock supervision or guarantees concerning fencing, pasture condition, animal health or compatibility.
Property, access, and risk
Owners and renters are responsible for evaluating whether a space and proposed use are appropriate. 918 Placement Co. does not guarantee the condition, security, legality, availability, suitability, identity, conduct, insurance coverage, or performance of any user or property. Users should maintain insurance appropriate to their property, possessions, vehicles, equipment, livestock, animals, or business activities.
Damage, animals, theft, disputes, and prohibited conduct
Users must promptly report material problems. We may help facilitate communication, but unless required by law or agreed in writing, disputes involving property condition, fencing, escaped animals, livestock injury or death, veterinary expenses, property damage, theft, access, stored goods or user conduct remain between the property owner and renter or animal owner. Illegal activity, fraud, animal neglect or abuse, hazardous activity, prohibited goods, and misuse of another person's property are forbidden.
Bypassing the marketplace
Users may not use information, introductions, addresses or contact details obtained through 918 Placement Co. to intentionally bypass 918 Placement Co. or evade platform fees associated with a 918-facilitated transaction or rental relationship.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
